The Client Services team at RTC are recruiting for an Account Manager to be responsible for ensuring client retention whilst continually seeking for growth and new business opportunities within our existing client base. You will show professional diligence in meeting the needs of the client, maintaining customer satisfaction through promotion of best practice and demonstrating the value our products add to their business. This is a field based position with regular travel to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Managing multiple accounts and developing positive working relationships with all contacts
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to new customers
- Developing and maintaining account plans within Hubspot that contain the strategies and action plans to maximise the value of all assigned accounts
- Ensuring all account plans contain clear detail regarding the meeting expectations (both physical and virtual) of all clients
- Providing ad hoc training to clients or wider team members when requested
- Working with the Incident Manager to supply service delivery packs to key clients, managing any concerns and making recommendations for solutions and improvements based on customer feedback and evidence
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all client administration within Hubspot including; developing and managing account plans, meeting agendas, post visit write up, completion of any actions agreed, and proactive scheduling of client review meetings
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all company administration, including but not limited to online training, HR requirements, ISO etc.
- Proactively seek opportunities to increase product penetration and improve profitability
- Ensuring all business processes are always adhered to in order to improve efficiency
- Supporting the delivery of all customer KPIs, including but not limited to customer numbers revenue, and satisfaction
Required skills:
- A full driving licence is essential
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is desirable, particularly experience of using the RTC product
- Experience in a similar Account Management role is desirable
- A true team player, with integrity, empathy and the drive to succeed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach
- Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
