We wanted to share some exciting new features from our 2.12.3 release.

Renault and Dacia menu pricing integration

Launch menu pricing directly from the system and select pricing areas such as maintenance, general, electrical and more. Connects directly to the system, including parts, labour and pricing. Removes the need to log in and out of multiple systems.

JLR Campaigns

Allows for automated or manual checks on any outstanding checks against JLR vehicles at multiple points in the customer journey – booking, outbound contact, pre-visit checks and more. This allows campaigns to be added to the booking at multiple points of customer contact and also when the vehicle is on site.

Declined Work Changes

Filter for any declined work by date range in workshop management. This includes currently live jobs and completed jobs, giving your service team the ability to quickly identify and follow up supporting increase conversions.

Checklist Configurations

Flag certain checklist items to be mandatory, clearly marking the items in red. In addition, configure the system to ensure that certain tasks are completed first, creating a defined workflow for your teams, driving standards as a result.

Internal Filter for Workshop Management

A simple configurable tick box to filter for internal jobs only. Set which codes you wish to flag in the filter to quickly filter and view the relevant jobs.
